Piped Chocolate Cupcakes

Last September I made these cupcakes for my daughters class. I got the idea from the book The Whimsical Bakehouse. This was my first time piping melting chocolate.


It was funny, none of the kids tried the chocolate topping, and even the teachers seemed wary. I had alot of fun making them and loved how they looked. I wasn't satisfied with the buttercream recipe I tried from the book though. I'll have to try this again.
