I just showed my husband my blog without telling him what it was. He recognized the pictures, he knows it is a blog, but he still doesn't know it is mine. Is this normal?

Yeah he knows now, but he is very leery about the whole thing, and probably with good reason.
What do you mean by good reason?
We don't always agree on how things went down. I probably won't ever tell stories from when we were dating, even though those are really good!
